Don't forget the most important research skill: Ask a librarian for help! You're not bothering us; we like answering questions.

You are right! I was referring to online skills and forgot that many libraries offer e-mail and instant messaging help as well as the in person one-on-one and group help. I will try to mention that in an upcoming video. Thanks for the feedback!
